One project off my shoulders! I resigned from the VBS team last night. I loved coordinating the preschool area and have a heart for the kids but it's all a part of my downsizing. The VBS program has grown so large that it takes us 6 months to put together the entire week so that it runs smoothly and has the most impact. I think last year we had nearly 200 kids!

I had already made the decision to step down but it was affirmed yesterday when I worked from 8-4, and then on our schedule there was a VBS meeting at 4:15, a Special Olympics potluck/spring meeting at 5:30 and a Baseball meeting at 7pm.
