What do you do when you have a lot of painting to finish but you also have an active five year old?
The old me would've spent a lot of time trying to keep her away, yelling and probably very frustrated that she wasn't listening and obeying.
Fortunately, I've spent a significant amount of time with my friend Laurie, who taught me that "it's all about the process."
So I gave Sophia her own areas to paint and we painted together all afternoon. She had fun & I finished what I needed to paint!!!
