Sometimes it's scary how much my oldest daughter and my sister think alike. Gerald and I were listening as Brittney was talking on the phone to Heather last night. Heather was asking if Brit wanted to go shopping with her for things for the emergency kit for the restaurant. I was envisioning a helpful first aid kit with Band-Aid's, cold packs, gauze, etc.
"No", I was promptly informed, accompanied by 'the teenage look'. "We're getting fingernail polish remover and tampons."
I guess what constitutes an emergency is in the eye of the beholder!
