My flight from sf to Denver made it in a half an hour early so I didn't have to run to catch my flight to Portland. I intended to put in my ear buds and relax on the flight to Denver but the gal next to me was struggling to buckle her seatbelt while holding her coffee and purse. So I offered to hold her coffee (actually, I offered to drink it for her :-) and we ended up chatting the whole flight. I keep saying everyone has a story, we just need to ask and listen.
